I love my caregiver, but I'm not happy at all with the office personnel, they changed my hours in order to please a new client, I don't think they did me right, I was told if it wasn't okay with me, they could send another worker for me, I feel that I should come before a new client, I have been with them for 5 years or more. If this happens again I'm going to call their corporate office and raise cane. Because it's just WRONG!!! If you're thinking about going with one of the caregiving companies I'd go elsewhere, If they take my worker away from me anymore or change my hours I will be going to another company for sure.

I have nothing but good to say about All ways Caring . They are always there if you have questions and they treat you with respect at all times. My daughter Kim is a client and she has treated with respect.

I am really happy with the company. The office staff is very good. They have called me several times to check on me and see if I needed anything. The caregiver I have is great, she does her job and very nice to have her company too.

NOT DEPENDABLE!! AT ALL! My Grandfather is a veteran and this company is getting paid for the hours that he is SUPPOSE to be receiving! They NEVER CALL to let you know if someone isn’t coming..they just NO SHOW! When you call, they will tell you that they are sending someone out as a substitute & NO ONE SHOWS UP! 🙄 smh! DO NOT depend on this company. Please find someone else! Wouldn’t reccomend!
