Years ago I had this agency and it was fabulous when Megan worked there, then she left and it went downhill. A supervisor LITERALLY tricked me in to signing paperwork that discontinued services with them stating it was annual renewal paper i needed to sign and made me talk to her when i told her i needed to run to work that morning(literally had me sign walking to my car to leave!), caregivers werent properly trained in dementia care, and one time a substitute that took care of my mom was drunk!!! If a caregiver called out they would act as if it inconvenienced them to find a fill in. The agency i have had since them is amazing, the comparison is like night and day!Honestly,as evil and conniving as they were,I'm grateful they pulled their trick. I've had my new agency 4 years now for my mother and consistently the best supervisors and caregivers that are PROPERLY trained,ACTUALLY PERFORM DUTIES,AND nurse delegated. Also,if someone calls out, they make sure someone comes even if its only part of the day.Yes,4 years later I do hold a resentment against you guys, WORSE AGENCY EVER! I should have sued!!! Caregivers agency's should be a support system and ACTUALLY CARING!

I have been with always carrying home care for a long time. And Lashelle is the most professional caring person I have ever met in this business. She is number one to her clients. As a supervisor she's number one to her caregivers. She makes sure that the client and the caregivers are a match That the caregiver is going to take care of the client in the most professional way. They are attentive, they are caring and they know their job. Because that is what Lashelle. Is always looking for someone who cares enough To care about a person's health, happiness, well-being. She works hard for her clients and her caregivers. My caregiver Jameela, is a wonderful person and takes care of me, my needs I have no problems. I am blessed to have Lashelle in my life taking care of me, and Jameela . Thank you for caring . I appreciate you more than I can say.

My mother recently had several caregivers not show up and failed to call. The direct supervisor over these ladies have failed in her job duty and have failed in providing the upmost professional caregiving services for the level of care for my mother. I have been in this same field for over 31 years and understand very well about about my mother rights! This last incident could have been reported to the state for job abandoment and a call to APS. We will be reporting this company to DSHS, AG & Attorney General. LTC complaints. I will be praying before making these complaints and holpefully the Lord will direct my path. In Jesus name Amen

I requested a male caregiver in case I lose my balance. I asked if a VET was available, wonderful! We would have things in common to talk about rather than silence. The young man that arrived was very courteous, asking often what else he could do for me. He was on his phone often trying to get someone at the company to answer and was on hold a very long time. I'm to have two knee replacements and was looking forward to having him at the hospital to learn what PT I would need, and to go with me to my PT appts afterwards. I felt secure that after the first surgery, I'd have a strong person nearby while learning to walk again. He was kind enough to let me know he had gotten a job elsewhere. I'm glad for him. Only thing is I will be on my own as I was told the agency has no one else. I'll do what I have to, but I won't be able to get to the PT appts until I can walk and drive. It's a fearful thing knowing what is coming, but I know I can do it. I WILL do it. I had different females come before the soldier, but they were nightmares. That is all I will say about them. I was informed that my calls were blocked due to trying to get clarification of some things. Blocked? And I was ordered by one staff person I was not to talk military to my caregiv. Why? When he talked military I wasn't going to ignore him. We had great laughs. The one staff lady I thought we had a great time talking military fun things about, suddenly was like ice when she answered the phone. So I dropped anything to do with them now that I have no help at all. I have been given a listing of other places, but after reading the reviews, my service dog and I will be fine thank you. I wish the soldier all the best and appreciate everything he did. The females? I have no trust in them. I guess no caregiver, my Medicaid will be stopped. All due to lack of communication and things blown out of proportion. I don't even know what it was. I do know my soldier wasn't at ease there. Time to soldier up and get ready for a nasty battle on my own. I'm all ARMY & RANGER. HOOYAH! I will do this.
