Our time at All Seasons Hialeah Memory Care was nothing short of transformative for our family, particularly for mom. Nestled within a quiet and parklike neighborhood, this facility stands out not just for its serene residential setting but for the unparalleled care and personalized attention it extends to its residents. From the moment dad and I stepped into All Seasons, it was clear that this was no ordinary assisted living facility. The emphasis on creating a home-like environment, where residents could feel safe, warm, and familiar, was evident. This approach significantly eased my mom's transition, making her feel comfortable and at ease in her new surroundings, as much as was possible given her condition. The staff at All Seasons was, without a doubt, its biggest asset. The team of highly trained and caring professionals went above and beyond to ensure mom's well-being. Their expertise in handling conditions like Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, combined with their compassionate care, made a world of difference in my mom's daily life. The personalized care and attention she received were unparalleled, thanks to the high caregiver to resident ratio the facility maintains. From our experience, what we think sets All Seasons apart is its commitment to providing a family-focused care home. My Mom began experiencing significant symptoms of dementia and Alzheimers a few years before Covid. By mid-2020, after several months of “lock-down” and isolation, her loss of memory and declining ability to care for herself became quite significant. My sister and I searched for potential residential care homes, for when the time came. Early on, we placed All Seasons Hialeah at the top of our list. After several back-to-back trips to the emergency room, the time came. My father visited a few places and agreed, Hialeah was the place he wanted for his wife. This was a very rough time for my Mom, and we were concerned her condition might prevent her from being accepted. To our great relief, the opposite was true. Despite a rough transition, the entire Hialeah team showed nothing but kindness, compassion, competence and respect for her dignity. Soon, when one of the caregivers approached, my Mom's bright blue eyes would light up and she’d instantly smile. I truly felt, in their own ways, they loved her as much as we did ... and she clearly loved and appreciated them, too. When we'd call, they’d always make time to hold the phone on speaker and share with us that she was smiling, when she was unable to reply. They never told us what to do, and graciously answered our vulnerable questions, personally and honestly. They always remained professional, yet also felt like family. I am grateful to Toly, Hayle and the entire Hialeah team for the quality of care they provided and for giving my Mom such a beautiful and supportive place to live.

My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's years ago, and until 2017 when he passed away, my dad cared for her very, very well. After a few years of round-the-clock in-home care, she was moved into a large facility which did a fine job until Covid hit. It soon became clear that Mom was no longer receiving loving, professional care. Enter All Seasons Hialeah. Only a small percentage of care givers are called to work with the elderly, and an even smaller percentage have the gifts and knowledge to tend those with any form of dementia. Toly and his team hire well. Never once did I sense that Mom was first and foremost a disease to be managed and secondarily a person. No. Mom was a woman with a disease and was treated as a whole person. Imagine you were frail, vulnerable and utterly dependent on others. Think about how you would want to be treated and you'll have a good idea of how All Seasons operates. Never once did I wonder if Mom's glasses would be at hand, or if her medication was being messed up, or if she was afraid, or if she was neglected in any way. The doors were always open, no need to call ahead. Just like home. In her final months, the team at Hialeah worked with hospice care to make sure all was done to keep her comfortable and her symptoms managed. Not until the last few days was there a sense of waiting for death to come. In the grieving and reflecting since her passing, placing Mom in All Seasons Hialeah remains the best decision I could have possibly made.

All Seasons Hialeah home provided exceptional care for our mom. The home was lively and lovely. We enjoyed visiting our mom, she was well kept and never left in her room alone, she was always out with the other residents and care staff. One of our favorite activities while visiting was our walks with mom in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The care staff, a ratio of 1 caregiver to 3 residents, was excellent; always attentive, interested in my mom and compassionate. I was impressed with their genuine commitment to honor the dignity of their residents. The care and administrative staff were professional and respectful, they valued open communication, I always felt comfortable discussing my mom’s care with them. Our mom was at a large Assisted Living facility prior to the Hialeah home, it became clear she was not receiving the care we believed she needed, she had dementia. We are very grateful we found the Hialeah home; my mom’s final home was a happy, peaceful and very welcoming home. All Seasons Hialeah home is absolutely worth a visit.

My mom who is in the later stages of Alzheimers has been at Hialeah Terrace since they opened last year. It is a conveniently located facility with nicely furnished private rooms with half baths. It is a small facility with a variety of large public seating areas both inside and outside for visiting with your loved one. The caregivers are compassionate and knowledgeable and the owners are involved and responsive. They continuously work on keeping the facility in top shape and the employees trained. I would recommend Hialeah to anyone needing an assisted living facility.
