I made an appointment, but still waited over an hour to be seen. I got at most 60 seconds with the doctor. He did not listen to my concerns or attempt to answer my concerns or questions. Their systems are not connected with AIMS clinic at all, so despite my primary care being at AIMS they couldn't find my info. They only seem to share a name. The doctor decided my rash was from a vaccine reaction after glancing at it, despite me having a similar one a few years ago that was not even possibly related to vaccines. When I asked if it could also be related to a couple of other possibilities he cut me off and said "it doesn't matter." He also asked if I had further questions but was in such a rush to leave I didn't have time to ask. Finally, their website is dishonest: they do not bill your insurance company, and they do not have xrays on site. So they may say they "take" your insurance, but you'll be paying up front. 60+ minute wait, $60 and 60 seconds with the doctor was not great. Hopefully the medication he gave me works though.
