My husband, Wes, was released from rehab and was lucky enough to receive home health care through Aleca. We were both extremely pleased with the concern and professionalism that we witnessed. Our nurse, Janelle, was caring and knowledgeable. The occupational therapist, Jan, had some wonderful suggestions and spent time explaining everything. Sarah, the physical therapist, listened and observed. She shared some new exercises and encouraged Wes to continue with what he was doing. We were so happy with all the care we received. Thank you!

I am completely satisfied and very happy with the care my father has received these first two weeks from Alexa Home Healthcare professionals. From our first in two RNs, his intake nurse, Ashley and his care nurse Mickey who has spent quality time with my dad offering solid advice from what signs to watch for to suggestions on relaxation and care. He connected with my dad and showed great respect. Francesca, his speech therapist from Northwoods, was a familiar face and worked with my dad on continuing steps to improve his dysphasia and making him comfortable at home. Skyla, his physical therapist, encouraged him and tested him, and set a clear path of goals for the next few weeks. Jensen, his occupational therapist, shared wisdom, experiences, and laughter in conquering the day-to-day tasks. Each of the Aleca Home Healthcare representatives made the track out to us to keep my dad comfortable, safe and healthy. Thank you, Darcy Lund.

We have had awesome service from Mickey today. He is my mom's nurse thru Aleca and is one awesome person ❤️. He was kind and caring. Answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Mickey, he is a gem!

After Wednesday PM surgery, home from hospital Thursday PM, our first contact with Alexa Home Health Friday AM couldn't have been better. Your RN Mickey arrived right on time Friday morning with a reassuring demeanor. With humor, he told us what the plan was and began checking my vitals. He said Aleca's physical therapist will come out next week as soon as we call to set up a time. Mickey was professional and friendly and knew his stuff. He gave us his card and asked us to give him a call when we needed anything. We liked him, and he gracefully declined our invitation to come back and watch the game with us. Gary Settle, Kingston.

We have had awesome service from Mickey!!! He is my mom's nurse thru aleca and is one awesome person ❤️ He needs a pay raise in my book!!! He is always available via phone,text and goes above and beyond to help!!! My mom is very happy to see him every time he comes out!! Thank you Mickey!!!! And Aleca for having him!!! ❤️
