I am the daughter of a client at Albright Life in Williamsport, Pa. I am highly dissatisfies in their communication with family members. I am highly dissatisfied with their medical care of my mother , if you could call it that. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied overall.

The services Albright Life offers is inspiring and the employees are always pleasant and friendly when I'm there to all the residents. It's such a great resource for our community members. I recommend their center to anyone eligible.

Albright Life has been awesome program and a positive impact of the care of my sister. We used their services for about three years and our family couldn’t have been more pleased! They handled all her in home aide schedule, all her meds and all her transportation. Even though she “grumped” about going to the center for medical care, socializing and lunch 4-5 times a week, once she got there, she always had the best time! The P.T. Staff and O.C. staff and nursing staff are top notch! Always professional and very kind! They answered my calls night and day with any questions or concerns the family may have had and always kept us informed of her medical issues and concerns! Thank you Albright Life for giving my sister a few more comfortable years in her own home!

My friend was promised in front of me a smooth transition from them to her new health care organization and this person, the social worker named David K. Outright lied to us! My friend nearly lost every shred of assistance benefits because of it. I can only assume a form retaliation against my friend who I've been visiting and taking of for nearly three year. I've known this organization to be highly untrue and entrusting to her for this amount of time and I've experienced my own very unprofessional and uncaring attitude towards her. Making complaints against this organization through grievances goes NOWHERE! In the past three years I've seen through my own eyes the level of care deteriorate nit only towards her but towards other clients that need far, far more care than this organization supposedly offers. Reconsider you're health care needs before attempting to join this organization. There are far better available!

Horrible they are nit w hat they say they are do not do as they advertise. No communication in house. Do not give people what they need including attention for their problems 4 Dr's. In ten years keep your elderly AWAY from Albright. Not worth the stress and anxiety you must go through. Care givers are few . And they dont know what to do and no one cares that they don't clean except for the clients who are left with an unclean house after they leave. Disgusting and the house does nothing and doesn't care. Stay away. I finally had to leave as they were destroying my mental health as well as my personality. They will destroy yours because there's no help, communication, interest in clients problems and you will not receive what Dr's say you should have For your health. Does not give you hours for a care givers that you have to have
