I believe they under staff, they nurse's is very poorly in communication expectations when you call, or visit. I wish I could have my mom home because I have definitely had to many concerns about swelling of her hands, seems those physical therapy or ot seems to sucks. Communication is very very poorly. When asked for important letter it was done poorly. Nobody seems to get back to you on anything. I wish my mom was never transferred here because it differently seems all about money. Little Care for the person. I can give God Grace's to this beautiful woman that does change and clean the person, she differently show's love and respect. And I say love she has shown that. I would not refer this place, because my mom was doing good B4 getting here they not helping her

The staff genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, comfortable, and respected. The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of each resident. From nursing to therapy and support staff, there is a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to quality care. The team shows up every day with dedication and heart. That truly makes a difference.

Although I would love to leave a 5 star review about St Mary's because of the wonderful care my family member has received, I just can't. An individual has left a very bad taste in my mouth. There was a slight issue that I needed to address with DON Andrea and I never got a chance to. I went to her office after heading down behind her. She closed her door and I knocked and I knocked and she just ignored me. I waited about 20 mins by her door before I finally went back to my loved ones room. Maybe it was a good thing I didn't get to speak with her. For someone as pretty and polished looking, she is very a nasty person. The way I heard her talking to the nurses and even nursing managers was appalling. Telling people they will get replaced and belittling them was uncalled for. These are the same people that work so hard to make my family member comfortable. After all the nurses on his floor addressed every issue as best they could while her on the other hand stood at the door doing nothing nor assisting with the emergency and when I tried to talk to her she walked away and locked herself in her office until I just got tired of waiting. The person running the building should be a little more compassionate than that.

My dad recently stayed at Alaris Health at St. Mary’s after knee surgery and I have to say the care was excellent. He came in with a lot of pain and anxiety about rehab and the team on the 5th floor treated him with respect patience and professionalism from day one. One of the first people we met was CNA Joan She immediately introduced herself and made my dad feel comfortable which meant a lot to us The nurses were very attentive and stayed on top of his pain management which was our biggest concern The doctors and therapy team also did their job well and explained everything so we knew what to expect Everyone who touched his care really showed up and took pride in their work. Is the building older? Yes Could the rooms look more modern? Sure. They even mentioned they’re working on improving the aesthetics. But honestly that wasn’t what mattered to us the care was the priority, and the care was excellent. The facility was also very clean, which we appreciated very much! From the front desk to the staff in the hallways everyone acknowledged us, checked in and made sure my dad was comfortable As a family we felt respected and supported throughout My mom especially kept saying how grateful she was because my dad is our prize and joy and seeing him cared for the right way gives our family peace of mind. I’m writing this because people usually only post reviews when they’re angry We wanted to take time to acknowledge the great experience we had with this facility and their staff. We would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or long term care We went based on the hospital’s recommendation and I’m glad we did Whatever negative reviews are online that was not our experience at all. Thank you to the entire Alaris team for taking such good care of my dad we see you and we appreciate you all.
