Aging Outreach has been such a blessing for our family. More than just helpful, the whole organization has had an answer for any problem we’ve had. The caregivers have been extremely kind and caring and the care manager has been so supportive as we have walked a journey we knew little about in caring for our loved one with dementia. Can’t thank them enough for their invaluable service.

I reached out to Aging Outreach Services to explore options for my mother and disabled brother. Jennifer set up a time to meet with us, provided thoughtful and caring questions for my family. The detailed report she completed for both of my family members with community resources exceeded any expectations I had. During our initial set up process my mother became terminally ill and Jennifer's guidance, support and care enabled me & my family the ability to provide my mother with the care she needed prior to her passing. The caregivers assigned to mom from Aging Outreach Services were so sweet, attentive and kind to mom during her last days. I am so grateful for these ladies and the dignity they allowed my mom to have during her final days.

My parents were in need of extra assistance for most of 2023. Aging Outreach Services was able to provide caring individuals for the very specific times that we required on very short notice. They made adjustments to the schedule as needed to meet the needs of my parents. They were professional and responsive to concerns and questions. We absolutely fell in love with many of the wonderful caregivers who still text to inquire how my parents are doing now that they have moved into assisted living. Several of the caregivers still stop by to visit them! They genuinely care for my parents and their wellbeing! I would not hesitate to use their service again! Thank you AOS!
