Jill always makes sure to keep me informed about any new changes or updates with AdvisaCare. We’ve worked in the same network for years now and she is a great resource for information on a variety of different topics. Even if you aren’t sure if AdvisaCare is the right fit for you, just give them a call and they will get you all the information you need to make the right decision.

The Kalamazoo office is the worst company to deal with. I waited four days for someone to tell me they did not accept my insurance. My insurance website as well as theirs had no indication of this. Zero communication! Steer clear of this place if you can!

Excellent. Very caring and respectful to tenants/clients. They are also a personal care agency within the Marquette Senior apartments in East Lansing, MI. This is where I found them. Staff at Marquette did not tell me there were 2 personal care agencies in the building, I found this out by accident. I quickly made the switch. It was only 5 days or so under Advisacare's assistance b4 my brother went to the hospital, but I can honestly and truthfully say that in that short time, I saw a major difference in care. This company is organized and thorough. It felt good to sleep at night knowing he was being looked after by their crew of aides. 🤎

They know that one of the clients they provide care for was being mistreated by staff; treating the client like a child. They know this client is in an abusive situation and are aware of the caregiver not treating that client with dignity and respect. Yet, they didn't punish the caregiver and they're not doing anything to help the abusive situation in that client's home. They made me believe for months I would be regularly scheduled with a client near me and was waiting for them to start services. Instead, I was put with a different client and told that her hostility is her "sense of humor". If you pick up extra shifts with other clients, you won't be told hardly any info, if any, about them and go to their house blindly without knowing one another. If i was a client, i wouldn't want to wake up with a complete stranger in my home. Some of the caregivers are very unprofessional and will wait to do their care notes during other shifts on other days, which is NOT supposed to happen! Caregivers are supposed to document things ON THEIR SHIFTS! In another home, there was NO paper to even do care notes and the other caregiver didn’t even act concerned about it. It's important bc if the client has changes or an emergency, it will be easy to see what happened. When there's no notes, then it can cause communication barriers amongst caregivers and other staff. The info in the notes could be important later on bc we might need them as a reference, especially in changes or emergencies.

Absolutely amazing company! They go above and beyond to ensure my grandma has the best possible care. They listen to our concerns and needs and do everything they can to make sure their clients are happy and taken care of. Every single person from the bottom to the top of command has gone above and beyond. I could not be happier with the care AdvisaCare offers!!!!
