I’m very pleased with our Caregiver . She is very punctual and courteous to us when there was an emergency advantage help me out by sending my Caregiver when she was not scheduled and I say thank you.

My experience with my caregiver is just fantastic. I wouldn't have any other person take care of me. She is on time and stays until the last second. Always asking me if there is something that she could do for me. Miss Terry is the best.

Advantage Home Care is the place where they paired Mom up with Jo. We love Jo. She is always on time, is very caring, helpful, and kind. She gets right in and does what needs doing. My mom adores her. On the days Jo is not here, Barbara and Elena fill in and they are great too.

I approached Advantage Home Care with a request that was out of the realm of their in-home services. My aunt had recently been placed in a memory care facility. In order to help with that adjustment, I felt a companion for her several days a week would be helpful to visit and take her out when I wasn’t available. Advantage Home Care stated they had never provided services within a facility but were willing to give it a try. My aunt has thrived with the extra attention and interaction. Advantage is excellent with communication and notices regarding any changes in the schedule or companions. I am so appreciative of their flexibility and quality of the caregivers.
