This is the absolute worst facility that I have been in When you enter the facility, the stench of urine and feces is so strong that it’s hard to breathe My brother has a motorized wheel wheelchair, and the only thing they did was complain because he kept hitting into the only door that was accessible for him. Perhaps they should’ve figured out a better way for him to get in and out before they point the fingers at a man in a wheelchair, I could keep going on and on They allowed my sibling to come with an open wound and then didn’t get him the wound care that he needed and once he did receive it, they wouldn’t allow him to have the wound VAC because they stated it was a fire hazard yet there was outdated extension cords being used in the rooms of their patients. They wanted to blame the staff at the hospital that my brother transferred from and my brother for not being forthcoming with his health when really they negated to take the time and effort to efficiently go through his medical records and if they had questions they should’ve requested more.
