My father fractured his hip and needed rehab. The pines accepted him and kept him for over 3 weeks. Neglected to mention they didn't have PT to actually provide rehab. He was there 11 days before he even saw rehab and then received minimal after that. Would not return my calls to check on him. My mom has poor health and taken to visit once and was unhappy with how being cared for. I can not recommend to anyone!

I wouldn’t send anyone to this place. A loved one was sent to this facility and was not taken care of properly. Extremely poor care. Medications not given. Bathroom was dirty and feces present. The list goes on. When asked about the situation and conditions we were told we are short staffed. That is extremely concerning.
