Great place to work. Flexible. However, the office and support staff have been shook up a lot lately with a lot of people gone permanently (sometimes more than half of the staff) and new people rotating in and out of positions with little explanation. Compassionate care.

Addus Home Care is a great place to work. The office staff in Libby Montana are very helpful, friendly and supportive. Their always willing to help and support you in any way possible.

Applied with Addus forr home health care in Oct, it is now January and they have not sent anyone yet nor have they called with any up-dates.The VA sent me to Addus and after calling them to make a complaint the VA agreed with me that Addus does not want to work in the Herron area and told me to find someone on my own and they will pay for him/her. Really would not waste my time going to the Libby Addus office. They do not call you nor do they send any help.If you need care and are a Veteran call the VA and tell them you want to hire your own help.

I enjoyed my time getting to know caregivers, families, and making a difference. The ladies in the office are hard workers and Erika is a fantastic regional. She's always available when you need her. The team really made me feel welcomed when I was there.

I want to share my thoughts. Mr. Nick at addus has proven many times to be most helpful and tactful at handling many of my conflicts. He has kept his cool and comes ahead with a resl upbeat attitude. You r my man to handle many difficulties that come with the job. Christine
