My grandmother received home care from Addus. The staff in the office are professional, knowledgeable, and showed compassion, and always did their very best to accommodate my grandmother's schedule. Her caregiver was wonderful, she was kind, caring, and respectful to her and her family. I would highly recommend Addus HomeCare. They provide exceptional care. I am so grateful for Addus and the care my grandmother received from them.

I can trust my caregiver and we work well together. Robbie notices when depression starts to take over and is able to bring me out of it. I have dementia and she has been a blessing as is Sandra. Thank you for these 2 angels.

Exceptional In-Home Care and A Heartfelt Thank You For over five years, my mother received outstanding care from Addus HomeCare. My mom, who isn't always the easiest person to deal with, had an exceptional experience thanks to the dedication and compassion of their staff. Dez, a med tech, went above and beyond to ensure my mom's well-being. His expertise and patience were invaluable. Leta, one of my mom's primary caregivers, was absolutely amazing. My wife and I adored her. Her kindness, reliability, and genuine care made a profound impact on our family. We believe both Dez and Leta deserves to be recognized for their exceptional care!

I was a client of ADDUS for three plus years and had the same caregiver Mon thru Fri for all that time. When I started with them they were helpful, and followed up on my care at regular intervals. My condition deteriorated. I needed more help. Somewhere along the line things changed. Even my caregiver seemed to change. When I ended up with two new care givers both wonderful. But Addus appeared to have a grudge against me about my first care giver who resigned from my care plan due to an episode she had with my sister of whom I live with. They called me and told me they were terminating my contract because I broke a rule I had forgotten and left me without any help..

My sister had the same caregiver for 3 years and needed increased help and I was getting up 3-5x a night with her plus providing all her care every weekend. Then the caregiver started having emotional problems and accused me being "overbearing." The agency called me and accused me of not doing my share. Attempts in my part to defend myself were met with the agency person talking over me. I finally gave up so my sister called and again the staff talked over her. Finally they accused us of breaking one of their rules we had forgotten and dumped her in one day. I advise you don't hire these people.
