Adda & Paul Safran

Adda & Paul Safran Senior Housing is an affordable housing community in Venice, California, located steps from the Pacific Ocean at the north end of Venice Beach Boardwalk, serving low-income seniors age 62 and older.

The community comprises 64 one-bedroom apartments. Residents have access to a service coordinator who connects them with community and medical services.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. The community maintains pet rules regarding registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and pet restraint in common areas to ensure a safe living environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
