I have been visiting when I am in town . The resident is a wife and sister in law of my dear friend . I have been a nurse for more than 50 yrs and have seen many long term Nursing Facilities, in several states. Achieve is by far , the best I have encountered. A Caring staff is what really stands out. The atmosphere is cheerful and clean.. I hope other facilities can take note.

The therapy provided by the staff here is unreal. As well I was in awe how welcoming and accommodating the staff were when reaching out to them. Would highly recommend.

Very accommodating trying their best to help all patients even the ones that live there long-term. The staff has very much improved they are striving for the better . Myself and my family support them in their efforts this place is definitely up and coming. So if you'll find yourself in need of a facility please consider Achieve.

My husband is quite comfortable at Achieve. The staff at Achieve are very attentive, responsive, friendly, and professional... this is a pleasure after being in another facility in the county for months. There, he cried every day because he was being neglected, and the staff acted as tho they didn't want to help the residents. I am so happy we took a chance with Achieve Rehab and Nursing Home. It is a pleasant environment. The residents are their priority, not meant to feel that they are a burden. They feel more like being cared for by family! I recommend Achieve for families looking for a place for their loved one to receive professional care in Sullivan County.
