My father was a resident here recently. Even though he only spent about a week at Premier, he was treated with care and dignity by much of the staff. They were very caring and personable to all of my family. We wanted to send a “Thank You “ to all of them for the love they show their patients! Especially to ‘Penny’ one of the night nurses who was one of the sweetest, caring health care workers I’ve ever met! Keep up your wonderful and appreciated work you all do!

WAITED 30 MINUETS RINGING THE BELL TO PICK UP A PATIENT. NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO THE DOOR. THEY LOOKED AT YA AND WENT ON. CALLED AND NO ANSWER! HAD TO CONTACT POLICE TO GET IN. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY IGNORED IT THINKING SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET IT. SOME SAID THEY WERE TALKING AND DIDNT HEAR IT. NOT HAPPY! THIS PERSONS LIFE IS NOT TAKEN UP AS A HUMAN BEING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY LOVED ONES. THIS PERSON HAD BEDSORES AND BADAGES HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED. DIRTY AND BLOODY. UGH. UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

My Mother was taken to this hell hole yesterday. As a hospice patient she is in her last days. Left with no meds for over 24 hours not helped with her meals and left in front of her window which is the only place we can see her half naked and exposed.

Premier Estates is one of the best facilities there is! The staff are motivated and caring. They not only want you to feel welcome and at home. They want to help you reach your fullest potential and succeed. Whether it be for rehabilitation or long term care, I highly recommend this facility. From the administration, to the top notch nursing care and rehabilitation this is the place to be.

My situation forced me to live there for over a year. So, it is my very well informed opinion that this place is an absolute dump run by an uncaring, maniacal, and what one would almost have to call a cruel administrative staff. Some of the nurses and CNA's are decent people, but they are so overworked and under appreciated that any degree of individualized attention is next to impossible and very rarely forthcoming. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS PLACE!!
