Professionalism NONE!!! I called from a provider office and the lady answered stating I don't have time for this, I stated excuse me. I informed her I'm calling from provider's office for patient information. She then stated they have been getting robo-calls. But still this is a business, DO NOT answer phone in that manner. Totally rude!!!!! I pray they or she doesn't treat her patients the way she handles business. So unacceptable.

Never have I ever experienced such lack of quality in regards to quality of life; there are bedbugs, mice, and control systems in play that do not need any standard of care adequate for any human being possible. It’s unfortunate because the owner is a nice woman, however, saying the place has fallen below standards would be too high of a compliment to give. The only remedy would be a severely deep investigation into all of the staff, owners, practices as well as living conditions, if you can even call it that. In a few words, this is a disgrace of a building and company. If you have loved ones or even people you don’t care for this is still not the place for them. Unless they want to be shouted at, abused, overwhelmed, and neglected. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The only thing more neglected than the person’s staying here is the building itself. I once saw a man urinating in the backyard. The police were called a multitude of times as I stayed there. I have nothing but negative things to say about this place, and the only advice I have left to give is run as fast as you can as far as you can from it.

This care home Accolades is run by caregivers that have compassion, empathy, and an understanding for humanity & that is commendable. It takes special people to have empathy for patients with mental health & chronic disorders. My dear uncle really loves the meals prepared, he loves that there are personal care aides here that are down to earth, he even let them cut his hair & shave him. The facility where he came from unfortunately he would NOT let them get close enough to touch him let alone do any of these things. Thank you Mrs Pansy & Mrs Nadine and your amazing staff!! We really can tell that you care about your residents & that’s an amazing feeling. I honestly don’t know what I would do with y’all!! My uncles medicine was changed & he had a burst of energy & decided to take a walk one early evening & loss his since of direction. Mrs Pansy & Ms Nadine beat me to the facility to start looking for him… after we repeatedly searching the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods Mrs Pansy & Mrs Nadine located him & brought him back safely & unharmed much later in the night. WE the FAMILY Appreciate You for coming back to the facility after hours to help us look for him. 🦾🙏🏾💐😍🎉🎉this is an amazing village. Thank you again.

In response to a previous review, they must not of disclosed that my mother and another resident died of COVID; both of whom got it from Accolades Senior Care. The male resident passed April of 2020 and my mother, who fought hard for a month, passed May of 2020. I’m not mad at the facility, as I was a COVID nurse and residents getting COVID from facilities were really unavoidable, however they need to disclose that yes, people have died from COVID in their facility. My mother couldn’t go anywhere without assistance so they cannot say she went anywhere and got it from the street. My mom had a private room, so how did she get it, from and employee? Hmmm makes you wonder. I will give this place a 2 rating because as they took care of my mother with the best of their ability, however I lost my mother as a Result of her being at this facility. I miss her with every fiber of my being. It’s actually an insult to me and my mother’s memory to see a review stating they never had any COVID cases. Shame on them for lying.

Great care. Not one client got Covid throughout the Pandemic. Ms. Pansie runs a tight and efficient ship. She's improved that facility since she took over , Interior and exterior .
