AccentCare Hospice of Loveland has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a true commitment to patient and family care. Dylan, Nikki, Derek and team each go above and beyond to ensure that EVERY loved one receives not only excellent medical support but also genuine emotional comfort during a very difficult time. What stood out most was their seamless collaboration with our skilled nursing facility. The coordination between hospice staff and facility caregivers was remarkable—every detail was communicated clearly, and every decision was made with the patient’s dignity and comfort in mind. This partnership ensured that care was consistent, thorough, and truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, respect, and expertise shown by the AccentCare team. Their dedication made a challenging journey more manageable and has given us peace of mind knowing loved ones are in the best hands possible.

AccentCare Home Health has a very knowledgable team, and each member has a huge heart which is very important for the patient who is battling to keep on keeping on. Elder care - especially in hospitals and rehab centers - is generally not very good anymore. It's as if the patient just becomes a number. It's sad to experience and sad to hear so many similar stories. However, it's the opposite with AccentCare. Their staff deserves more than 5-stars. When we decided on AccentCare, we knew right away it was the right decision. From the nursing, Social Work and PT teams, it's been a great experience during a challenging end-of-life journey.

Hospice did not try to find pain medication that my mom wanted to take, allowing my mother to be traumatized by her family who forced her to take pain medication she did not want to take and was not required to take medically. Hospice did not inform myself or my brother of my mother‘s death. Hospice has refused to send me, the executor of the estate the notes that I requested legally. I have reached out more than three times trying to obtain the information. Hospice has not been there for me or my brother during the entire time they provided care for my mother, nor after she passed. I do NOT recommend using AccentCare hospice.

We are working with them now and they are not very attentive to our patient needs. We brought mom home which they knew but still send meds to past rehab center. Finding it hard to get ahold of nurses and Chaplin. Not impressed with them during this difficult time . No one reaches out to us we feel like we have to chase everything down. I would not recommend this hospice care . We feel very alone

My family cannot thank this wonderful organization for all the help that was given not only to my father but my brother who was my daddios man caretaker! We never once had to reach out to them. They were always making sure we had everything we needed to care for my father. I want to give a shout out to Shelley our nurse, Gwen our C.N.A. and Julia our social worker. You all became family to us, and my dad loved each one of you and so do we. Thank you for your compassion, love and kindness. We will always be do grateful for all that you did.
