Answering service was extremely unprofessional. Medical referral was faxed days ago, when I called to follow up they had not received it. I re-faxed, called back and was told that I needed to give the processors time. I explained this was the 2nd attempt and would get a call back. I received a call back within 5 min stating that my referral can not be fulfilled due to over capacity. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The level of communication is below any standard of professionalism. Schedules change without any notification, putting clients at risk for medication errors due to time sensitive dosing. The visiting nurses are well trained, however, they appear to be overwhelmed due to lack of communication from front office personnel. I would not recommend this company for home care of a loved one.
