I would like to share my experience. We switched to acasa after things didn’t work with 2 other companies. We understood 24 care is not easy. Last companies could not staff fully and we always had to deal with too many different faces. I needed stability for dad. Trusting in a company for help was daunting but a friend referred them. Since then, care for dad has been consistent and pleasant. If staffing issues come up, they handle everything. It took time to build the right group of caretakers for him, but I was never alone in the process and the staff always made it work. They genuinely care and it makes all the difference.

We hired Acasa senior care, Roseville for three years to care for my 87-year-old mother-in-law, and I can confidently say they exceeded our expectations. They assisted with daily needs such as light meal preparation, mobility around the home, personal care, and general support. The caregiver Zalina was always punctual, professional, and genuinely compassionate. It was clear she cared about her work and about my mother-in-law’s well-being. Communication was always clear and reliable, which gave me great peace of mind. I also want to personally recognize the owners Shaun and Maria. Shaun consistently made himself available and went above and beyond. On one occasion, Maria spent nearly an entire day at the emergency room on my behalf when it wasn’t scheduled. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the integrity of this business. After three years of service, we have no complaints, only gratitude. I highly recommend Acasa Senior Care Roseville to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate care for their loved ones. They truly will not let you down.
