I have a friend who's staying there and he seems pretty content. And I have never had a problem with staff. I think there are beautiful people there and the beautiful elderly people. There are all friendly and nice.

Front desk just hung up on me… they’re not letting people see their loved ones. This place is garbage, will be reporting them to Adult Protective Services.

I called to offer services for the company and whoever was on the front desk was nasty and rude. She hung up on me and when I called back to ask to speak with someone else she kept hanging up the phone. That is not how you do business. I would not want my family or friends to be staying in a place that allows their employees to treat another human being this way.

They put my brother out on the street for no reason. The previous owners are only worried about making money. I'm sure the new owners will be just as bad. They owe him a month's rent. He was paid up through May...but they refused to let him come back after a hospital stay. No notice...just out on the street after being there for over 2 years. This place is straight up liars and very dishonest. Please Pennsylvania, investigate this place!!! Everyone one please stay away from this evil place!! * * 4-30-22 update ** this morning when I was sorting through my brother's things, I found the basket of clothes they gave me was all dirty clothes. He was in the hospital for 3 weeks, and they didn't even wash his clothes!!!

A friend of mine just began his stay at above and beyond. I called to find out what hours I could visit. A woman answered she could not answer me when I could visit. I heard her shouting for a woman named Robin. A woman picks up says her name is Robin and asks me what his name is. I questioned what his name mattered in relation to visiting hours. At this point she became rude started talking fast and being condescending. I told her I apologize that we got off on the wrong foot. And that I would like to start over our conversation. She told me she was not upset and that she already knows all of the names of the residents. I said I apologize if somehow I upset you by asking the visitor hours and questioning what his name mattered..... She hung up on me. I wasn't upset. I had no prior relationship with the company or these people. And I was only calling to get hours so I can visit my friend. I was hung up on talked to rudely and treated unprofessional. I can't imagine the nightmare of living in that place if this is what happens over a phone call Lmk
