If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would, they almost killed my grandmother due to their neglect. Not to mention got really physical and mean with her trying to get her out of her chair. And Let her lay in bed for 4 hours in the morning with a soaking wet pull-up while she called and called and no one would come help her. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend sending your loved ones to this facility.

Wish I could give zero stars. Within 24 hours of being admitted to AHR our family member was admitted to the ER because the facility neglected to put them on their bipap machine. Less than a week after being admitted, I received a call saying that they had died. After reading DOH reports and complaints, neglect seems to be a pattern. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy to this place.

I haven't been there yet because I live in los angeles and my beloved aunt shirley lives there.I see six reviews, all of them.Five stars, one star by two people The pictures look excellent. My aunt truly is an excellent critic of customer service. I've never heard a complain about the service at this nursing home. I got hold of "Ashley". She was an incredibly lovely experience. I think i'm gonna give them... 7 stars out of 5. Maybe just because how sweet ashley was to me! Because of my dear aunt shirley's lack of any criticism And the pictures are looking pretty good from the google reviews. Thanks Ashley!! Wouldn’t give stars honestly my mom has only been in there two whole days and already she hasn’t had a great experience. She was left on a bed pan cause she isn’t able to get up and also since when is there a shortage on water for patients at the Aberdeen Health and Rehab. When she was in short term care a year ago never had a problem but now that she is long term an can’t move we haven’t had nothing but problems. So disappointed in them thought they were better then that🤬. I going in to file a report tomorrow and currently looking for another place for my mom to stay as now don’t trust them out there.
