I want to thank Gloria who does housekeeping, for helping me with my mom’s new bed. Daniel, the maintenance guy was called to assist me but never showed up. Kudos to Gloria for being there for us. She’s the best.

I recently visited this community and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant, fresh smell throughout. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, which really made the visit feel comfortable and inviting. You can truly feel the care and pride they take in this community.

To the owners, Ive been here for 18 months & just returned from a 4 week hospital visit. Today was the first time I've read any of the W.T. reviews. I had a local large company for 34 years. I don't understand why Paul & Aaron ,both on your management team are giving you 5 star reviews. Don't get me wrong as most all here Have had Challenges with Carmen, & now Paul. I understand you are a for profit Business. With a little Investment & conversations Most issues can be resolved. I don't believe this is the place To air our dirty laundry... I Feel the owners Should have a meet & greet With some ( not all) residents here, to solve some of the same issues that come up every month. This place has many good things about it & many that need reviewing ... As what can & cannot be changed. Sorry to ramble, it's been a long day. You are welcome To call the receptionist here She can give you my pH # Thank you.... •Updated review: •Some of the staff are over the top compassionet, Others are 100% trying to save corporate $$$$ I wish there was opportunitys to discuss with corp. I wish mngt. Would meet to discuss ways to enhance the senior living experience here v.s just listening to the few here that they depend on keeping us quiet. As these reviews are answered by A.I. I'm assuming as my numberous emails get -0- attention. This will as well.

From day one, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Everyone here from the caregivers to the front desk is compassionate and attentive. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. My mom’s room is spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing. There’s always something going on, and the staff does a wonderful job keeping residents engaged and smiling. What really sets Westminster Terrace apart is the personalized care and excellent communication. They keep families in the loop and are always available to answer questions or provide updates. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, cared for, and genuinely happy. If you want your loved one to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, this is the place.

This is by far the most horrendous experience my mother could’ve had. It started off OK until they changed the Wellness Director to Brittany. And the facility director Carmen is no better. Brittany is immature and unprofessional, and Carmen doesn’t care about anything. They talk about residents behind their backs to the staff and their staff is unprofessional heartless and they’re all liars. The caregivers laughed at my mother, rolled their eyes at her and neglected her. My mother suffers from Alzheimer’s and Lewy bodies dementia so of course she’s gonna say things that don’t make sense, but that’s no reason to neglect her and laugh at her and let her fend for herself. It got to the point where we had to put a camera in her room from all the thefts and us realizing and noticing the neglect. Their lies would be that my mother refused her medication and didn’t want to bathe, but when I would be there that didn’t happen. The countless lies about them giving her medication has been documented and sent in to Social Services. One med tech, Veronica, took out her hatred on me onto my mother. She would come in at night when she wasn’t supposed to and just bother my mom and not help her when she needed it. She and I would get into arguments and start yelling at each other because she laughed when I told her my mom‘s things were being stolen and that I had to put a camera in her room. And when I called again to talk to Brittany about why my mom’s not being medicated, Brittany called me abusive. She also said that to another lady who is complaining about the same thing that her father wasn’t getting medication either and she called her abusive because she wanted answers from the staff. What is abusive is them not medicating our parents and neglecting them. When I checked out the facility, it was great. The administration was amazing.. except for Carmen and Brittainy. Food servers would put in complaints about how they treated my mom, but nothing ever came about and other residents told us to be quiet so that they wouldn’t take it out on my mother, but they still did. They never replied back to my sister or myself and my sister sent numerous emails and phone calls because we care about our mother and her health and she was being neglected. It took at least three months for us to get a response, and that was only because we involved the ombudsman. We’ve contacted the state and licensing and they came to see firsthand that we were correct. They never came to clean my mother’s room. They would leave her unattended for 12 hours at a time. At one point, the air in her room wasn’t working and it was over 90° in there. That is very inhumane. They treated her like an animal thinking that we wouldn’t find out. I would suggest going elsewhere if you care about your parent.
