My mom has been in this Facility for a few years. No one Ever picks up the phone so I can check on how my mom is doing, she's 93 years old, I live in California and I have no idea what's going on! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS PLACE!

My grandma came here for short term rehab after a fall and received the most horrible, neglectful care. She developed MULTIPLE SEVERE BED SORES and experienced facility induced delirium. They did not listen to anything we said about her status before entering and we were shocked to see they put “advanced dementia” on her discharge paperwork. She has no cognitive issues or memory loss and returned to her full mental function 2 weeks after leaving AG Rhodes. She was fully traumatized from her experience. The damage was as much mental/emotional as it was physical. They said she was failing to thrive and suggested hospice multiple times before we left. We transferred her into another rehab and she has almost fully recovered!!! The only thing wrong with her now is the wounds she never should have been dealing with in the first place. She loves the staff and is HAPPY and HEALING… something AG Rhodes implied wasn’t possible. This place set her back so terribly far it almost killed her. Please please please do not send your loved one here.

I would definitely recommend this facility for a loved one in need of long term care skilled nursing. When we've gone to visit a family member that resides here it is always clean and a member of the staff has been available. There's a member of staff available when we need to talk with the nurse about care, or if we've brought new clothes they are quick to take them and return them with the name so they won't get lost in the laundry.

We are very pleased with the care Mom receives at AGRhodes Cobb. She is an advanced stage of dementia and basically requires assistance with all ADL. The staff treats all residents with respect and kindness, the facility is always clean, the activities engage residents and the food is pretty good. The support staff and administration are very responsive to questions too.

Had to cancel the stay before it even occurred due to the onboarding process. I was transferring my mother from another facility. Ag Rhodes told me that after day 20, I had to pay them because my mother’s insurance would mail payment directly to my mother. I contacted the insurance company and they said this was incorrect. Insurance company stated they would pay them directly since they were in network. However, AG Rhodes wouldn’t budge. Current facility my mother is at didn’t make this claim. It seems unethical. I can’t support bad business practices. It created such a horrible experience that I canceled the short term stay. I was also going to tour memory care facility because long term is in the near future. But that’s a no-go too due to the unpleasant onboarding experience.
