I’m a care giver for my husband & had a staff member to come to the house for 2 days and haven’t heard back from the staff members are the company. I’m very disappointed that we were ghosted. We need someone that’s reliable and dependable. I pray that you can do other better in the future.

I have been using their services for a while now and I can’t thank them enough. The ladies that they have in their employ are always polite, kind, and extremely helpful as well as cheerful. They always approach their tasks with a smile, they are warm, kind, and when they arrive and when they leave each day it is with a smile. The supervisor that I have been working with is very handsome on. Always wants to know how my home 🏡 maker is treating me and if I'm getting the services that I'm supposed to be getting. She also takes an very honest and truthful interest in how I'm feeling personally. The supervisors name is Latoya. And she works in the Columbus, Mississippi office of a first name basis. As far as the person who she has working for me. I couldn't ask for anyone better. She works without me even having to ask her to do what she knows is what she is supposed to be doing. I only had to show her once. And from there. She has been coming in and doing her job on her own. She has set up a routine that works for both of us. The only time that it might take her with the routine she has set up in my home 🏡. To get done as quickly as she. And she is always making sure that it's done right. And the way I want it to be done. Is if I send her on an errand for me. But she will always come back from the errand, put the things I've sent her for. Give me the change and receipt for everything. Then she goes straight back to her routine until she is finished with it. Her name is Martiesha but she tells me to call her [Lucy]. I'm glad she asked me to do that. Because, I don't know if I spelt her first name right or not. She kept telling me how to pronounce it. And I couldn't so
