This agency is unable to staff for bed bound patients. I was told that there would only be coverage for the week only. That I would have to figure out the weekend coverage. That they only staff hha’s that recently came to this country and do not like to work weekends. This agency lost 67 hours a week, where two hha’s could have had employment. After that conversation I called back to get the owner’s information no one answered the phone. Then someone picked up the call and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

Worst home health care agency in South Florida, irresponsable, disorganized, nobody knows what’s going on, HHA no showing up and nobody is able to give you the name of the HhA or any information whatsoever. They said to the HhA taking care of my 96 y/ o mother, just leave and don’t worry about the client, her daughter must be going…
