UPDATE - they definitely never reached out to me in any way (despite their replying comment saying so) and the company has yet to still even try to make it right for the VICTIM VETERAN. Blame shifting onto a veteran they claim to support specifically. My review stands. At first, I believed this was just incompetence. After everything that has happened, I now believe people need to be warned. This company was trusted with the care of a disabled veteran on hospice. What followed involved caretaker misconduct, missing property concerns, intimidation, unprofessional behavior, and a complete failure to provide safe, ethical care, unlicensed and untrained “massage therapy”. One caregiver associated with this situation is now facing felony charges. We ultimately had to install cameras inside the home because the situation became so concerning. This company posted a celebratory work anniversary post about this abusive caregiver in and amongst all of this. It was deleted within 24 hours of my social media post. When concerns were raised and advocacy for the veteran began, the response from administration was not accountability. It was hostility, gaslighting, and attempts to portray the patient as “difficult” instead of addressing the documented problems. We also possess video evidence of a staff member yelling at a vulnerable hospice patient after she advocated for herself. To make matters worse, after I publicly warned other veterans and families to use caution, this company deleted my comment from their social media page and blocked my profile instead of addressing the concerns. That tells me everything I need to know about how they handle criticism and transparency. Veterans, families, and hospice patients deserve dignity, safety, trained caregivers, and accountability. Deleting comments does not erase what happened. Blocking people does not silence documentation. If you are considering trusting this company with someone you love, especially a veteran, document everything. Cameras, written logs, screenshots, all of it. People in vulnerable situations deserve better than this. Photos show 1 comment on their video and a day later zero comments because mine was deleted. Also shown is more ads targeting the vulnerable veteran community. Stay safe an aware. - Another veteran who is being silenced for speaking up on behalf of the abused.
