Visiting Angels did a great job caring for our mother when she was in hospice. All the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. A.couple of the caregivers were outstanding, knowing exactly what our mother needed to make her comfortable even when she could no longer talk. Our mother's caregiving needs changed as her health deteriorted, and the agency worked with us to accomodate the changes. Thank you, Visiting Angels!

During a time when my family didn’t know where to begin in caring for our elderly parent, their team stepped in with genuine warmth, compassion, and guidance. A special thank you to Thelma McLaughlin and the entire team for helping us navigate unfamiliar territory with patience and understanding. They provided helpful resources, daily support, and reassurance every step of the way. The caregivers have truly been a blessing—assisting with day-to-day tasks, preparing meals, getting my mom to appointments, and most importantly, taking the time to connect with her and understand her needs on a personal level. Vashon Island is not an easy place to find care. Through Visiting Angels, my parents had the most wonderful, caring and supportive caregivers. They made my folks comfortable and were very reliable. Because of them, we were able to keep my mom at home until she passed and keep my dad at home until we needed to be closer to a hospital. So grateful. They were a godsend and the best of humankind. I actually miss them all!

Visiting Angels was just what I needed post-surgery. The care providers were thoughtful, prompt, and willing to assist me as I recuperated. I was so thankful this service was so easy to arrange. Suzan Sutich, the care coordinator, was professional, helpful, and easy to contact for questions. I would recommend Visiting Angels to anyone needing that extra help after hospitalization or surgery.

Our experience with Visiting Angels has been absolutely excellent! Heather, the director, could not have been more helpful from the beginning getting paperwork and details all explained and completed. And then, we were so fortunate to meet and continue with Stephanie as our Visiting Angel. Stephanie has been Fabulous! She has bonded so nicely with my husband and is so helpful and patient with him in such a cheery way. She manages his hygiene, helping with his shower -ing and dressing and getting ready for the day as well as helping him with all kinds of tasks and has become his good friend spending time talking about sports, current events and other interest. Stephanie is truly an Angel and has helped me so very much with Chuck’s care and well-being making my life so much easier, not worrying about his safety or happiness. Visiting Angels and Stephanie have added such a positive feeling of trust, safety and friendship to our lives. Thank you Heather, Stephanie and Visiting Angels!
