Visiting Angels came within 24 hours to help with my mom. They are incredible. They take care of my mom like as if she was their own mother. They are kind, loving, efficient, helpful, listen to what she wants and needs and caring. It’s a peace of mind for me as a daughter as I know she is being taken care of when I’m not there. I recommend them highly! Thanks for all that you’ll do us!

The compassionate caregivers at Visiting Angels took care of my Aunt Betty until she passed away. We could not have done all we did for her without them. They stayed with her until the end and made her final days so peaceful. Haleyxa one of the schedulers came on the last day to sit with the family. We even had her visit us at the funeral home along with one of our beloved sitters. Aunt Betty felt so loved and cared for and so did the family.

My experience during the Visiting Angels orientation was absolutely excellent. From start to finish, everything was organized, informative, and full of genuine care, just like the values the company stands for. The trainers did an amazing job breaking down each part of the caregiver role, making sure we not only understood what to do, but why it matters. The session covered everything from safety procedures and client care techniques to professionalism, communication, and compassion. I really appreciated how interactive it was, we were encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and truly understand how to make a difference in clients’ lives. What stood out the most was the focus on dignity, respect, and trust, the foundation of how Visiting Angels serves families and their loved ones. By the end of orientation, I felt fully prepared and excited to begin helping others while knowing I have the support of an incredible team behind me. Overall, I’d rate the orientation a 10/10. It was not only educational but uplifting and inspiring, the perfect start to a meaningful career with a company that truly lives up to its name.
