Horrible. Do not use these people. Watch the video of a supervisor "Care Giver" My wife had Alzheimers and Parkensons. Apparently being on the phone is more important than caring for someone. Since this happened my wife's health went down quickly and died a month later.

Does staff have ANY professional qualifications? Doubtfully. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Avoid at all costs.
