My husband was a patient with Visiting Angels for over two years. During this time we had several different caregivers coming to our home with Visiting Angels. They were all good. But there was one visiting angel that stood out above the rest. Her name is Judy Moya. Judy exceeded all of my and my husband’s expectations. She was always prompt, courteous, sympathetic, kind, professional, and she genuinely cared for my husband and also for me. Judy provided knowledge ,comfort, and love to my husband and our whole family. Her attention to every detail was excellent and gave our family confidence that we were receiving the best care possible. Judy was patient, encouraging and dedicated to helping our entire family through this process. I highly recommend Visiting Angels, Judy Moya, to anyone seeking Home Health services

Visiting Angels are a great resource when you need a helping hand with your loved ones. Jaya, my mom's caregiver is incredible, honest, kind, gentle and very polite. This is our first time to using Visiting Angels, but, if all the caregivers are like Jaya, you can't go wrong using them. Quinn, who works on scheduling the caregivers was also incredibly kind and easy to work with. Thanks for being there for us when we need help.

We have been using Visiting Angels for several months to assist in the care of my mother, who has Alzheimer's. Our experience has been wonderful. From the compassionate, empathetic care to their expertise and skills, both of our caregivers have been essential members of Mom's care team. They have helped us navigate her deterioration by identifying issues, explaining behavior, finding solutions, and providing guidance at each stage of her disease. But most special is their love for her: they are caring, sensitive, and have huge hearts. They take such good care of her, and always bring light, laughter, and fun into the home. They are also very professional: prompt, communicative, dedicated, and trustworthy. We are blessed to be working with Denise (and in the past, Judy). Our Visiting Angels have made this phase of Mom's life much more simple and navigable. Thank you so much for all you have done for us!!

Visiting Angels helped provide care for my father-in-law in his final days. We had one caregiver (Harrison) who was absolutely wonderful. Harrison was very compassionate and caring, he went the extra 2 miles ensuring my father- in-law was clean and comfortable ( he was completely bed-ridden), and he sat by his side and held his hand even when family were not in the room. I am an RN and was very impressed with our “ Visiting Angel”. The only criticism I have is that when the charges were discussed, I was not informed that additional fees for mileage would be added to the hourly fee. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided, and would definitely use their services if a need arises in the future.

Our McKinney Visiting Angels caregiver, Amy Mileke, is absolutely wonderful! She does a wonderful job tidying up around the house, doing laundry, and providing companionship to my mother-in-law, Stachia. Amy walks with her to and from her exercise sessions and encourages her to go for walks outside when the weather is nice. Stachia loves to converse with Amy about their shared childhoods in the midwest. I am so grateful to have Amy in my mother-in-law’s life and take comfort that Mom will be well cared for and have such wonderful companionship when Amy is there. We have also had had positive interactions with staff in the McKinney office. They keep us notified of anything pertaining to Mom’s care and made the process. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
