We were very fortunate to have had Visiting Angels for 3 1/2 years for my dad, Bill. The Angels are compassionate, knowledgeable, caring people. They are trained to handle many different situations and we were a great example of the different scenarios they can deal with. We felt like they became part of our family and cared for our dad like he was theirs. He enjoyed all of the interactions with his angels. They would take him on walks in the neighborhood, sit outside with him in the sun ( he loved the sun), listened to his music and learned to really enjoy it, watched his favorite shows and became baseball fans because of dad. They listened to his many stories and would become very engaged in them, asking questions and doing research on his topics. They tended to his every need and those changed over the years and no one ever complained. He was definitely well cared for and loved by his caregivers. They held his hand along with family until the end. He has been gone for 9 months now and they still check in on us. A wonderful positive experience for sure
