Kaye has been an incredible blessing to our family. She has been by my dad’s side throughout the progression of his Parkinson’s, caring for him every step of the way—from when he was walking with a cane, to using a rollator, and now as he relies on a wheelchair and Hoyer lift. As his needs have changed, Kaye has adapted right alongside him with patience, compassion, and unwavering dedication. No two days with Parkinson’s are the same, but Kaye always meets each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever is needed. She takes the time to make sure my dad is comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity and respect. Whether she’s preparing meals, helping around the house, assisting with his daily care, or simply spending time with him, she genuinely cares about his well-being. Kaye is dependable, trustworthy, and has a heart for caregiving. She has given our family an incredible sense of peace knowing our dad is in such capable and compassionate hands. Caregivers like Kaye are truly one of a kind, and any company would be fortunate to have her. She deserves to be recognized for the outstanding care she provides every single day.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Ray provides to my brother. He is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — qualities that make a real difference when it comes to in-home care. Ray is efficient and reliable, always handling his responsibilities with skill and a positive attitude. I have no complaints. They came right out to evaluate my spouse, and were accommodating about scheduling. He had been sick in the hospital and refused a rehab stay. The aide sent, Ray, was a good choice because he encouraged my spouse to get up and around more, had the strength, and even got him upstairs, when I would be worried I wasn't strong enough. I expected my spouse, if he improved, would need the care a minimum of 6 weeks. But he regained enough ambulation, I only needed them 3 weeks. I think it would have been longer had I not had the help. I won't hesitate to call if he needs the assistance again.

Kristen Cruz is an exceptional caregiver! She is professional, compassionate and thorough. She goes above and beyond every shift and has made a significant, positive impact on her patient's and family's life. Not only does she make her patient feel comfortable and valued, her attendance is impeccable, she ensures that the household is tidy (floors/dishes etc.), the laundry done and meals prompt and appropriate. We love her and couldn't ask for a better caregiver for our family member!

Visiting Angels is an awesome agency. Kristen has been such a great caregiver. She has been so patient and understanding with my father. I’m grateful for her because she caught that my father was having a stroke and insisted that he go the hospital and she was right. It’s health care professionals like her that deserves praises. She needs a raise indefinitely if possible. Again thank you for sending an angel like Kristen our was to assist with my father. He can be a handful at times but she always keeps it professional and very attentive to him. She is always willing to assist with anything pertaining to him. Thank you Visiting Angels and thank you Kristen for your service!
