I’ve gotten to see firsthand how much Visiting Angels genuinely cares about both their clients and families. The caregivers are kind, dependable, and treat people with so much respect and compassion. The office staff communicates well, stays organized, and really tries to make sure clients are matched with the right caregiver. It’s comforting knowing they also have nurses involved when needed and that families have support when questions come up. If anyone in the Durant, Ardmore, Ada, or McAlester areas is looking for trustworthy in-home care for a loved one, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Visiting Angels.

Visiting angels has been working for my parents for years. They are great customer service and very attended the detail and really aim to help and please my parents. They are such a blessing in our life and we’re so glad to have them. Melanie is there caregiver she is excellent with them really takes the time to be compassionate and hear their needs. Thank you so much for the angels for all you do for my parents.

Visiting Angels has been great. The first time did not go well. Our first Caregiver, Toni was awesome, but he complained about silly things, like why did she want to know were a mop was "he never had a mop in his house" and how she made his bed. (mop was were mom left it before she passed and the bed was made actually exactly how my mom used to do it), He said he didn't need a baby sitter. I think my dad was embarrassed by the fact he needed help. They changed the approach and how the next caregiver was introduced. And it has been great ever since. A special recommendation for Charla and Madelene for going above and beyond. Madelene has made a noticeable improvement to his happiness and well being. There caregivers truly care about there clients.
