I cannot recommend Visiting Angels enough for compassionate, reliable, and top-level care for a loved one. We were introduced to them through a recommendation from TerraBella, the assisted living facility where my father resides, and it has been a total game-changer for our family. Stuart, the manager, oversees a special organization that prioritizes people and relationships. You can feel the heart and dedication behind the entire operation. A huge part of our positive experience is thanks to Taylor, the scheduler. Her communication is simply unparalleled. She is incredibly helpful, always positive, and consistently makes us feel supported. Whether it is an emergency, a last-minute overnight request, or navigating complex scheduling, Taylor handles it all with grace. She truly goes above and beyond, making us feel like she will do whatever it takes to help our family. Taylor also found us the perfect ongoing caregiver: the incredible Aleta. There aren't enough words to describe how special Aleta is. Navigating the unpredictable "ups and downs" of Alzheimer’s is never easy, and my father can be a challenge, but Aleta handles it all with such patience and skill. She has fit right into our family’s unique craziness, and we feel so fortunate for the time she spends with him. Visiting Angels has provided us with more than just care; they’ve provided peace of mind. They are professional, communicative, and deeply kind. We are grateful that this wonderful team is in our area.
