From the first moment I reached out to Village Forest Care Cottages, their service was impeccable. Liz helped to make sure they could accommodate my mom and got the ball rolling to get here in the facility as soon as I needed. She was also invaluable to be throughout the time my mom was in VFCC and when she left.<br><br>The facility is beautiful! It is always clean and there is so much room for the residents. The back porch is a wonderful place for residents to enjoy the day.<br><br>I have to shout out Desiree for always being there for me when I needed an update on my mom or letting me know when my mom’s health needed attention. She cares so much about the residents at VFCC and it shows. Her daughter who works at the Needville location is a doll also and my mom absolutely loved them both.<br><br>Shout out to Village Forest Care Cottages for being life-savers for my mom and myself in a very difficult time. ❤️

Our loved one was at Village Forest. We thought this was a wonderful facility and that our family member was going to be safe and well cared for. Instead, we found out that there was intentional neglect by caregivers who didn’t want to do their job, and most disturbing, abuse at the hands of at least one caregiver. This review is to make families of current and future residents aware that the owners are dishonest. If there is an issue, they create fake incident reports and cover up what takes place in their facility.

This is a wonderful facility with caring and attentive staff. Every time I stop by, the residents are engaged, food is cooking and the residents look happy. I highly recommend!

Village Forest Care Cottage is such an amazing place. When my father fell and needed rehabilitation the staff here was amazing. Great atmosphere and such an attentive staff. Liz the director made our transition in and out so easy and heartfelt. I highly recommend if you are in need of a wonderful place for a loved one. Thanks so much to all the ladies who were there for my Dad.❤️
