After a difficult transition from another assisted living to Mustang Creek & everything my mother had been through, finding this assisted living community was truly a blessing.<br><br>From the moment my mother arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, compassion and dignity. Caring for someone recovering from a severe stroke is not easy, but they consistently showed patience and genuine concern for her well-being. It brought our family comfort knowing she was in a safe, caring environment where she was treated with respect.<br><br>I want to especially thank Tonya and Kiki. Their compassion, kindness, and genuine care meant more to me than words can express. They always treated my mother with respect and made sure she felt cared for and they showed us empathy during an incredibly difficult time. Their dedication is a reflection of the difference exceptional caregivers make every day.<br><br>My mother recently passed away and I will always be grateful that she spent her final months surrounded by people who cared for her with such warmth and compassion. Thank you to Tonya, Kiki and the entire team for making such a difficult journey a little easier. I will always remember your kindness.

Mustang Creek Estates in Flower Mound is truly exceptional. While it’s easy to talk about the quality of care they provided my mother-in-law, what made the greatest impact on our family was the overwhelming love and compassion they showed her every single day.<br><br>Every caregiver treated her with genuine kindness, empathy, dignity, and—most importantly—love. They didn’t just provide care; they built relationships and made her feel valued, respected, and at home. That level of compassion gave our entire family tremendous comfort and peace of mind.<br><br>The facility itself feels like a home rather than an assisted living community. It is warm, welcoming, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff also does an outstanding job ensuring each resident’s nutritional needs and personal preferences are met, making every meal a positive experience.<br><br>A very special thank you goes to Director Ginger. She is simply best in class. Her leadership, compassion, and commitment to both the residents and their families are nothing short of extraordinary. She took the time to comfort our family, answer our questions, and make us feel supported every step of the way. Ginger sets the standard for what assisted living leadership should look like—she is truly world-class.<br><br>If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with genuine compassion, dignity, and love, I cannot recommend Mustang Creek Estates Flower Mound highly enough. They didn’t just care for my mother-in-law—they cared for our entire family. We will always be grateful.

I can not say enough great things about Mustang Creek Estates of FM. The love and care that our Mom received from these staff members was far more than professional and kind, it was loving, nurturing, and fun, along with excellent care giving. Executive Director, Ginger Birk, leads a staff of super stars who continually went far beyond the norm to ensure Mom had all she could possibly need. The primary thing I want to convey is our eternal gratitude for ensuring Mom felt safe and loved. Within a month of her arrival, Mom trusted them. For the first time in many years, my siblings and I were 100% comfortable returning to being welcome visitors rather than care takers. What a gift to all of us. Thank you to each and every one of you at Mustang Creek. We appreciate and love you for all you do.

I would not recommend this Memory Care facility to anyone. I went to visit a friend of the family and was horrified by the appearance of lack of care, lack of resources/staff, lack of cleanliness, lack of safety, and lack of knowledge in general of patient care plans. Coming from a background in healthcare, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who needs actual bedside care and assistance 24/7. Residences were randomly coming in and out of other's rooms, confused where they were. It was very upsetting.
