They always want to charge for more services and then they don’t provide them. Someone said the food was delicious, no salt, no butter. How good can that be. It is plain and mediocre.

Everyone is so kind, caring and helpful at Sunnyvale Sunrise from above the line to below the line. My Mother loves the food and enjoys the activities and the friendships she’s developed. Highly recommend. The staff is sensitive to all the needs of both the resident and their families and are easy to communicate with!

Mae and her team were absolutely amazing and they took the time to help me through a traumatic situation with my father. He received the care and support he needed in order to comeback to his family. Spencer at the front desk was simply excellent and helpful. Mae provided me with tremendous advice about how to navigate through this process and situation. It was extremely helpful informative and with a personal touch that left me with a feeling of gratitude.

My mother has been here since April. The care managers are very sweet and she truly trusts them. Food is delicious, the facility is always clean, and the staff is very open to suggestions for new, engaging activities to bring to the community - they started a knitting club when they heard my mom liked to knit.
