I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my grandmother received. From the very beginning, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to her needs. They treated her with so much dignity, patience, and kindness — like she was their own family. The caregivers were always on time, reliable, and made sure my grandma was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Not only did they help with her daily needs, but they also brought warmth and companionship into her home, which meant everything to us. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality in-home care.

Everyone I have dealt with at this agency has been delightful to work with, from the office managers to the owner to the caregivers. Prior to last summer, I had never worked with any home health agency, but I started to call around after my father's Alzheimer's progressed beyond what my mother and I could handle on our own while also working. I was very impressed when the owner himself responded to my initial request for information. More than other agencies that I contacted, Katung and everyone else at Right At Home has made a point of listening very closely to my story, my concerns, and my questions before making any recommendations for care. Katung continues to check in with me regularly, and rather than making any sort of hard sell to sign up for more hours or more advanced, and thus more expensive care, he takes the time to educate me about the progression of dementia and to share options that he has seen work well, even if those options include cutting back on hours, suspending home health care entirely for a time, or starting to search out nursing facilities for my father to move to. Katung has become not just a knowledgeable and trusted advisor but a true ally in every sense of the word as my mother and I navigate the trials and tribulations of caring for a loved one with dementia. His well of patience appears to be bottomless as my mother and I keep changing our minds about how much care to schedule, and when Katung interacts with my father, he does so with the utmost respect and compassion. Clients really are treated like cherished family members, not like transient customers, and each of the office workers and schedulers who I have spoken with are similarly respectful, compassionate, and dedicated to meeting my father's unique needs rather than applying a "one size fits all" approach. Over the past six months or so, we have worked with several different caregivers, and each has been warm, patient, and supportive with my father. Dealing with clients with dementia is not at all an easy job, but these caregivers are never short with my father and never show their frustration. Their calm and cheerful demeanor rubs off on my father and eases his agitation and confusion as they perform light housekeeping and gardening chores together or work jigsaw puzzles for hours. My mother and I can fade into the background and get our own work or relaxation done because we don't have to worry about Dad's safety or that boredom is making his condition worse. Just in the past week we added overnight care because Dad started to wander in the middle of the night or become very confused and angry. Prior to the nighttime caregivers coming, my mother and I were getting only a couple of hours of sleep a night, but now we sleep SO soundly. I cannot speak highly enough of the gentlemen who have watched over Dad at night. They handle Dad's intense nighttime confusion so proficiently that we no longer even wake up when he starts to roam the house. The peace of mind that they have provided to us is invaluable!!!

Right at Home has provided exceptional care and support for our family member living with OCD and Pathological Demand Avoidance. Right at Home came to my rescue when I first became unable to care for myself full time at home. I was looking for caregivers who had the experience and specialization to support me through a difficult period when my medications were changing. The care I've received has made me feel safe and appreciated while I am unwell. Katung has given me a deep sense of trust that Right at Home will serve my needs and exceed my expectations. I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of care from Right at Home caregivers. I needed coverage for only six weeks and they will be my first call when I need help again for my mom. The caregivers communicated with me daily with updates, which I requested. My 93 mom, who is in hospice, needs a lot of detailed care and the caregivers were all very kind and engaging with her and performed all duties well. The owner, Katung, was very involved with finding exactly what was needed, devised a detailed care plan, and trained the caregivers himself. If a caregiver called out, he made sure there was a trained replacement. I’m so thankful I found this agency. Highly recommended!
