Resource One Kim is rude and very disrespectful. I received from Kim a text. I called and she went off on me. The aids they sent were nice for a few days, then all they wanted to do was sit down playing games on phone. I forgive all. I told Felicia 3 xs I be home after I eat.

This company is very unprofessional . The people in office are disrespectful. Don’t know how to talk to people and want to pay you want they want. Thinking people can live off of 14 dollars is ridiculous. And the lady Ms Kim is beyond racist she don’t care how she talk to people. The office smells of cigarette smoke. They are not upfront and honest nor do they pay you for your mileage they want you to use your car and not pay you

Horrible company, holds no regard for employee safety physically or mentally, would not recommend to anyone. Look elsewhere to have your healthcare needs met for your loved ones. The office staff Ms.Kim is beyond disrespectful she talks to people as if they are beneath her. The office smells so bad like they smoke inside the building I was told i shouldn't even be getting paid 14$ as if I'm incompetent . She called me home after hours and hollered at me as if I am her child.

Please don't order oxygen from this company. They are horrible with customer service and you never get your supplies after they keep saying they shipped them and all the equipment is old and faulty!!!!! Not caring for t all
