I’m writing this review for two reasons: to share with you how God’s hand has been at work through the kindness of the team caring for my dad during his rehabilitation, and to encourage other families to stay involved because it truly is a shared effort between the rehabilitation team and the family. Being present and staying connected with the care team made all the difference in my dad’s recovery. I especially want to thank the Director of Admissions, Ms.Annette, and the Social Services Director, Mr.Clement, for their leadership and understanding during an unexpected change in my dad’s insurance while he was in rehabilitation. Their support has meant a lot as my dad continues to recover well. Many days a week, I spend several hours by my dad’s side while working on my computer, and today (July 2nd, 2026) I observed a heartfelt act from one of the nurses… While delivering my dad’s 5:00 p.m. dinner, Ms. Yanelis, with her cheerful spirit, helped ready my dad and his room neighbor for dinner by encouraging them to move a little and lift their spirits… thank you all on the team for showing love to my dad. May God bless each of you, from the front desk team to the cleaning crew, and return your kindness and generosity many times over.
