I’m writing this review for two reasons: to share with you how God’s hand has been at work through the kindness of the team caring for my dad during his rehabilitation, and to encourage other families to stay involved because it truly is a shared effort between the rehabilitation team and the family. Being present and staying connected with the care team made all the difference in my dad’s recovery. I especially want to thank the Director of Admissions, Ms.Annette, and the Social Services Director, Mr.Clement, for their leadership and understanding during an unexpected change in my dad’s insurance while he was in rehabilitation. Their support has meant a lot as my dad continues to recover well. Many days a week, I spend several hours by my dad’s side while working on my computer, and today (July 2nd, 2026) I observed a heartfelt act from one of the nurses… While delivering my dad’s 5:00 p.m. dinner, Ms. Yanelis, with her cheerful spirit, helped ready my dad and his room neighbor for dinner by encouraging them to move a little and lift their spirits… thank you all on the team for showing love to my dad. May God bless each of you, from the front desk team to the cleaning crew, and return your kindness and generosity many times over.

My mother in law has been in and out of rehabs for 5 months. Nspire had offered us the best communication, attention to detail and care we have ever witnessed. Their attention to the most minute details about about the patient forms a unique bond in their care. From the minute my mother in law entered we were visited by nurses, physical therapist, social service department and more, to meet us and cater the care. We feel very welcome and at ease having her here. She is receiving stupendous care.

My mother has needed rehab several times in the past year and Nspire Miami Lakes is the first place we have felt at home and welcome . Every single department we’ve dealt with has been fantastic. Their attention to detail in making the patient feel at home and at ease is one in a million. When the time comes we hope to leave her here long term.

The family of Dora Lorenzo would like to express our deepest appreciation for the care she received at Inspīr Rehabilitation Center. From the very beginning, Brian Cento and the business administration team guided us with patience and compassion, helping us navigate her admission during an incredibly difficult time. Their kindness made a painful process just a little easier to bear. The nursing staff cared for our mother with extraordinary gentleness. Every day, they showed up with steady hands and warm hearts, making sure she was comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity. We are forever grateful for the way they looked after her. We would especially like to thank Gerda, with whom Dora shared a very special bond. Gerda was loving, attentive, and truly cared for our mother as if she were her own. That kind of devotion is rare, and it meant the world to us. We thanked God daily that our mother was being cared for by someone like her. We would also like to acknowledge Miss Dawson at the front desk. She is lovely, pleasant, and genuinely cares about the families walking through those doors. Her kindness was felt every time we arrived. In one of the most challenging seasons of our lives, Inspīr Rehab provided comfort, humanity, and honest care. We are grateful beyond words. With love, The Lorenzo Family

This place is so old and outdated, the food is the worst, all the workers are from a foreign country, the bathroom is unbelievable the way it looks. The beds are old, the TVs are old. To be honest the health department needs to go in and do an inspection and investigate the hold facility. Give them the wrong kind of food and then they push pills to the patience. There are a few workers that seem to care about the patience. This place is a disaster. From language barrier, to no awareness of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff that is not trained from another country. First off, I was able to walk in and go straight to the room on the weekend without anyone stopping me. No security!!!! Second not one staff member spoke English and I mean staff because I couldn’t tell who was a nurse, who was cleaning staff or who was front desk. So disorganized!!! Second my father was admitted into a room that was not cleaned from the prior patient. Used gloves on the floor, stains on the floor, dust everywhere, used socks in a garbage bag in the closet, used toilet paper Roll, used cleaning products (shampoo bottle, bar of soap, etc). Not sure if this was a hospice, nursing home or a rehab center. My father went for rehabilitation. They have all the patients wear pampers and take there time about coming when my father call for help with changing his pamper, we complained and miraculously they came out with one. Now the staff…members of the staff have not been in the US for more than 3 months from Cuba, but yet were hired to work in this facility. The staff was all over the place. I Will recommend everyone to keep their loved ones away!
