I visited my brother who resides in the building. He loves it and so do I. The residents are friendly and the building is perfectly maintained. The floors are clean and shining. The lobby is neat and clean as well as the waterfront outside eating area. The laundry mat is well maintained and orderly. This is a great place to live.

Mom lives here. Had no home aide service. No one was ts to work, they have a shortage of home aides and none want to work weekends! I had to come to take care of my 90 yr old mom. These aide services should be penalized when they leave clients without care!

, why do I like New York City Housing Authority for seniors it's the only one around I wish there were more of them the sewing class is very active the ceramic class is very nice but needs more room more hour and the food could be it's alright
