Mentor Senior Center

Mentor Senior Center is a community center for seniors aged 55 and older located in Mentor, Ohio. The center serves more than 5,000 members and operates as a vibrant meeting place offering a variety of programs and activities suited to seniors of every age, interest, and ability.

The 22,000 square foot facility features comprehensive amenities including a fitness center with aerobic and strength training equipment, a fitness studio offering various fitness classes, a library, billiards room, computer room, arts and crafts room, health services room, meeting rooms, kitchen, and a main hall with stage. Members have full access to use all facility features during operating hours.

The Senior Center offers daily made-from-scratch lunch served weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., prepared by the kitchen staff and volunteers. Offerings include freshly made entrees, sandwiches, salads, soup, and desserts at reasonable prices, with daily specials available for $6. Members can enjoy home-cooked meals with friends in the facility.

The Senior Center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The center follows the City of Mentor holiday schedule and is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
