Have been here a few years, can't get past the view of the mountains. Having some problems with the ventilation from 2nd floor to the above floors, I'm positive these fans have not been replaced since this bldg. was built back in the late 70's early 80's. Smelling foul fecal odors, I'm sure the vents are filthy with bacteria and what ever else is growing in there.
