Intermountain has always been kind, friendly and pleasant. They are quick to get you checked in in a timely manner. All of the hospital staff are friendly and eager to answer questions. I have not had a better experience in other hospitals.

I brought my 86 year old father in to have his CPAP mask fitted and to get replacement filters, but we didn’t know they had changed from walk-ins to appointments only. Brittiany was very kind and checked to see if we could be fit into the schedule. Max was available after his last appointment of the day and took his time helping my dad with his mask and teaching him how to exchange and clean the filters. Brittiany and Max went out of their way to accommodate us even though they didn’t have to. We’re so grateful for their service!

I called their number to set up an appointment. There is no way to call the Cedar City location directly, and are instead forwarded to a central switchboard in another city. They told me that the Cedar City location is walk in only with no appointments taken. When I went there, the receptionist ask me if I had an appointment, and seemed miffed that I didn't. When I explained that I tried, she said that this has been a problem for a while. So... WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED!!! I had to set up a meeting for the next day and leave. Why should there customers waste their time and fuel. Why should we be treated with any level of impatience for following their procedures!

I had the most AMAZING birth experience!! The nurses in the labor and delivery department really are incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband felt comfortable and well informed. I can’t say enough good about their amazing service❤️

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cody Bingham took the time I needed to answer questions and help me understand some test results. He is very kind and listens.
