Haven Oaks is a fantastic facility that offers long-term care, short-term stays, rehabilitation, and even a dedicated women’s memory care unit. The staff is exceptional—compassionate, professional, and truly supportive of their residents and one another. This is a great place to call home!!!

I'm Teresa Matteson sister and I second what she said. Once the new owners took over they cut staff was one aide covering two halls which is unacceptable. For one this puts the patients not getting the care they deserve and for two the poor aide is having to work twice as hard and not be able to give the patients the care they deserve and pay for. There are a few employees on the reviews that are acting like patient families which isn't cool . They need to be honest and say they work there the aide Patricia is amazing. She was and is consistent on her great patient care.i hated seeing so many of the good caring workers gone. And Lisa the activity director pretty much got pushed out because of the ( Budget issues) well she was the glue there for alot of people she was loved and respected there and when she was gone it became stale .Peggy the cafeteria boss is an Angel hard worker always made us and our parents feel cared about. So you owners need to please get more staff in, give the aides and housekeeping a livable wage. They are the backbone to a good ,clean running facility

This place was awesome when we placed my mom there in December of 2021, I picked it for her based on it's great reviews. We loved her care until beginning of 2024 when the new company took over. The cut staff and services from the very beginning. They could care less about the patients or their staff. They went to one side per hall and fail to realize what state guidelines state. For one, the patient lifts must have two aids to be present but that stopped when the new company came. Meals for hall trays were scheduled an hour late and claimed was the kitchens fault but we knew better. I worked nursing homes as a CNA, RNA, Transportation, and Dietary manager and never witnessed such lack of honor shown to patients and staff as this new company has. I will never put another loved one there or recommend this place to anyone as ;omg as it is run as it is right now. Also if you read most most of these reviews with 5 stars are employees. They are marketing : ) I have nothing to say against the employees, the more patients they have the more hours they can work. My heart is with those of y'all that know me.

This is the same facility as the one with the 2 star rating. I left my whole review on that page. But this is the same place! They stole from my mom. Who they thought couldnt speak. She had parkingsons, it made speaking very hard for her so she only spoke to her direct nurses and cnas. On several occasions the night time cleaning guy stole her snacks, as she watched him. Just bc she doesnt talk, doesnt mean she CANT. when i told the staff the next day, the lady said, "omg, we just had a meeting about this last week" so clearly, it happens all the time. But what bothered me the most is when my mom heard them outside her door say "no, not her. Her family comes to visit her everyday" 🤨 yes the heck we did! And if you have loved ones in there plz plz check on them as much as possible. This place is horrible. Why does it have 2 google pages??

The staff and maintenance department are the heart of this facility. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to care for them. The facility is always clean and smells like Fabuloso when you walk in! After three years at this facility, we consider them family. I would highly recommend Haven Oaks.
