Yolanda at Grannieonthe move has been beyond Outstanding. Yolanda was very successful in placing my 92 year old father in an assisted living facility that meets all his needs. Yolanda is very knowledgeable and skilled in Senior Care. Her knowledge and words of wisdom helped the emotional toll of caring for an aging parent. I highly recommend Yolanda and their care team.

Navigating the challenges of my parents' aging, including my mother's dementia, initially was quite overwhelming. I stumbled upon Grannie on the Move (GOM) after calling a few care facilities. Stacy, the Grannie on the Move President, was an amazing find. She helped me navigate the process of finding an in-home care agency as well as finding expert, and economical, legal counsel. Eventually we did have to find a care residence for my mother, and again, Stacy came through with suggestions on where to go, who to avoid, and what we should consider to be priorities in our decision. I've been utilizing the G.O.M. team for nearly 2-years and will continue to seek them out for trustworthy recommendations and support. I have not yet asked for their support with other aspects of aging, such as estate closing, but I plan to when the time comes. Their motivations are to help people through a ridiculously difficult process and having someone we can trust is truly reassuring.

I cannot speak highly enough about Granny on the Move. My mom went from living independently to needing to move into an assisted living facility, and we had a short amount of time to make a decision. I tried researching and visiting places on my own but it was overwhelming and difficult to know what would be the best fit.
A friend recommended Granny on the Move, & I'm so grateful she did! I met with Stacey, who immediately had ideas about which facilities might be a good match based on our conversation. She then took the time to meet my mom in person and quickly realized that my mom was much more active and social than I had described. Because of that, she recommended a different facility and it has been the PERFECT fit! They offer daily activities, the environment is uplifting, and the staff is incredibly kind.
I am so appreciative that Stacey not only listened but truly saw my mom and guided us to a place where she is thriving! I would have gladly paid for their service but it's important to mention that they do not charge families. Their support was priceless during a stressful transition, and I could not recommend them more.
