I’m honestly surprised to see anything but positive reviews. My mom has been here for a little over a month after suffering a very serious brain injury. She spent two months in the hospital before being placed here, so this has been an incredibly emotional and unfamiliar transition for our family. The staff has been nothing short of incredible. Either my sisters or I are there every single day, and we have never had a negative interaction with anyone. They consistently go above and beyond, checking in on residents with genuine kindness and patience, even while clearly staying very busy throughout the day. After-hours visits require calling to be let in since the doors are locked, and they always come promptly without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. The facility itself is very clean. Housekeeping and laundry are done weekly, and my mom’s room and bathroom are always well maintained. The hallways are tidy, and whenever we need help or have a question, it’s never difficult to find someone willing to assist. We are completely new to this type of care and have had countless questions. Every time, the staff has taken the time to guide us and provide clear answers. That patience and support has meant more to us than they probably realize. The dining area is clean and welcoming. My mom is a picky eater, but she’s able to find things she’ll eat, and they always have simple options like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches available, which she appreciates. I wish I could remember everyone’s names while writing this, but I do want to specifically thank Ashley for being especially kind and communicative. We are truly grateful for the care, compassion, and hard work shown to every resident here. It does not go unnoticed, and our family appreciates it more than words can say.

Our mom, Pat, has been a resident at Fair Oaks for over six years now. She has needed care from both Memory Care and Assisted Living. From the very beginning we have been impressed with the care she has received. The staff at Fair Oaks have been accommodating of her dietary needs and personal preferences as she has gotten older. I am grateful for their flexibility, patience and care. I have toured many other facilities, some even recently, because my biggest wish is to do right by her. But perhaps the best recommendation comes from my mom herself: She has repeatedly told me, "Thank you for finding this place for me, you couldn't have done any better." The sweetest words I'll ever hear as a daughter caring for her elderly mother. Now if that isn't a recommendation, then I don't know what is.

My mother has lived here since January 2023. I have had a good experience managing my mom's care with Parveen and Angie (the care directors). My mother has been difficult at times, but they have worked with me to accommodate her. When I visit it is clean and cheerful, they are always working to keep the residents in good spirits, they have a nice outdoor courtyard. I am so happy I found this FOE!

It’s been a year since my dad has moved into Fair Oaks Estates and we could t be more thrilled. My dad had a major stroke which left him mentally and physically disabled and could not be left alone. We love the facility, residents, and staff. It’s a beautiful place and close to my house as well. It’s very clean, music playing in hallways, and a beautiful courtyard with a lot of flowers. Did I mention the amazing staff? Thank you and your amazing staff for everything that you have done for our family. You have turned a difficult, stressful, traumatic, and depressing situation into a pleasant and calming one. Thanks again, Sean Murnane.

Volunteering at an assisted living community as a Girl Scout troop was an incredible experience that brought immense joy and fulfillment to our troop and the residents we visited. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and gratitude from the staff and residents, who were thrilled to have us there for the afternoon. As we walked through the halls of the community, we were met with smiling faces and the excitement of residents eager to share their stories and time with us. We shared laughter, stories and even played games with many of the residents. During our visit, the joy that we brought to the residents was visible in their eyes and the expressions on their faces. They were so grateful for our visit and the connection we provided with the outside community. It was truly heartwarming to see how much impact our visit had on them. As a Girl Scout troop, we learned so much from the experience and would highly recommend it to other troops looking for a meaningful way to give back to their community. The staff and residents were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were able to share in the joy of making connections and building relationships with the residents. Overall, our experience volunteering at this assisted living community will always hold a special place in our hearts and we would love to return again for our 3rd visit, no that covid restrictions have been lifted. Fair Oaks Estates is our troops favorite facility so far.
