The services being offered through Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona have been such an incredible help for our family. My grandmother is taken care of so well. We are so fortunate to have been paired with such an amazing caregiver. I was present during a 3month review meeting, and I overheard that caregivers do not have the opportunity to work overtime and they do not get paid out for their vacation time if not used. I think those policies should be reconsidered. I firmly believe that if they don’t have the desire/need to take time off, they should be compensated with those hours instead of losing them. This would also be very helpful to the families of those being cares for because then we don’t have to have someone else to come and take care of our loved ones.

Very happy with the care they are providing for my sister. Claudia goes above and beyond in the level of care that she provides! She is very kind and extreamly professional. We are blessed to have her as my sister's caregiver. Thank you!
